Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Seri Jadi B2B accounts and to quotes and orders placed through serijadi.com.
1. Who we are
Seri Jadi Sdn. Bhd. ("Seri Jadi", "we", "us") is a B2B supplier of stationery, rubber stamps, printing and signage based in Sungai Petani, Kedah, Malaysia. You can reach us at info@serijadi.com or WhatsApp 010-451 8088.
2. Business accounts
- Accounts on serijadi.com are for businesses, organisations and government bodies. Registration is free.
- Every registration is reviewed manually before activation, normally within 1–2 business days. We may decline or cancel a registration at our discretion.
- You must provide accurate company and contact information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or disable accounts that are inactive, misused, or that breach these terms.
3. Pricing
- Prices shown after login are the pricing agreed for your company and are confidential between you and Seri Jadi.
- Prices may be updated from time to time, for example when supplier costs change. The price confirmed on your sales order or invoice is the price that applies.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and exclude delivery charges.
4. Quotes and orders
- Orders and quote requests placed through the site are requests, not confirmed contracts. An order is confirmed only when we issue a sales order or invoice, or otherwise confirm it in writing (including WhatsApp or email).
- For custom work (stamps, printing, signage), production starts only after you approve the artwork or specification. Please check approvals carefully — goods made to your approved artwork cannot be reprinted free of charge because of errors in that artwork.
- We may correct obvious errors in listings, pricing or stock levels before confirming an order.
5. Payment
- Payment terms (for example cash, on delivery, or credit terms) are as agreed with your company and shown on our invoices.
- Credit terms may be reviewed, reduced or withdrawn for overdue accounts.
- Goods remain the property of Seri Jadi until paid in full.
6. Delivery and collection
- Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We will inform you promptly of significant delays.
- Please inspect goods on receipt and report shortages or transit damage within 3 working days.
7. Returns
- Faulty or incorrectly supplied stock items will be replaced or credited — contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Custom-made items (stamps, printed goods, signage) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the approved artwork.
8. Your data
- We use the information you provide to operate your account, prepare quotes, process orders and contact you about them, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).
- We do not sell your data. You may ask us to correct or delete your account information at any time via info@serijadi.com.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape confidential pricing, submit false registrations, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts involved in such activity.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law. Otherwise, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page; continued use of your account after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
